2-1 win and back in title race..

Hard fought win after a poor start at the second half. The team came back strongly in the second and pressure Liverpool to score an own goal and  follow by a stunning game by arshavin. If  I'm not mistaken there was no clear cut goal attempt by liverpool which the same happened with arsenal in the first half. Anyway really relief with this vital win. Now arsenal is back in third and in title race as well. what a feeling..........

last match di anfield last season is one of the most entertaining and memorable match where we drew level at 4-4 with liverpool. Arshavin scored all the 4 goals for arsenal..marvelous!! but the defence really let the team down that nite. Ok back to tonite game, the good news is liverpool is struggling this season and they are not as strong as last season. Even anfield is no longer the so-called fortress for them this year with two humiliated defeats against Lyon & Florentina which consequently dropped them to Europa League. Prior to the game, Liverpool can safely  declare that they are now injury-free with the return of Stevie G, Torres and 20 Million midfielder Aqualini which for me another good news so we can have a good fight. Of course injury is the routine we could not let go every year.

Back to the game, my prediction  is it is going to a hard fought win for arsenal 3-1.

important moments 2009

i think there are few significant moments that should be put or mentioned in my blog otherwise it will be not lengkap. I'm surely cannot commit myself to do daily blogging. Suffice to include essential and meaningful moments  that was happening while I was AWOL from blogging. One of them is Dida's graduation day. On that special day she also involved in the performance and becoming an amcee for one session. What can I say..I'm so proud of her.

Ramadan and Demam Raya

dah start cuti raya hari tuk..awal pagi dah bangun nak service kereta lepas ya service aircon. Good start service kreta just 100 + only charges..but yang best nya aircond lalu rusak...nak nukar evaporator coil ajak charge dah 500+..boring nar nak raya kenak benda macam tuk. tapi banyak bersabar jak ujian Tuhan..so lari lah budget raya tuk..tapi raya tetap raya..malam tuk last sekalik sembahyang terawih...rindu juak ninggal ramadan yg penuh keberkatan...banyak yang berlaku dalam bulan ramadhan tuk ada yang bagus ada yang sik..insya Allah dapat belajar dari ramadan tuk yang continue mengamal yg positif dari ramadan tuk...

a month without posting..banyak perkara berlaku..pegi brunei on official lah..pegi KL on official also but the best thing my wife also going together just anak2 kenak tinggal di rumah...hmmm..today dah hari ke-19 puasa and 11 hari lagi nak raya..and for arsenal recently lost to Manyoounited and also qualified to group stage of Champs League..

FOOTBALL IS BACK..and ARSENAL STARTED WITH A BANG!

OMG 6-1 away game at Goodison Park..what a wonderful start by the gunners. What can I say it is simply a total destruction to Everton. All the players really stepped up their games and the new formation simply working well and the evertonians just cannot cope with the wengerball. Really pleased with the performance of the debutant centre back, belgium international vermaelen. He simply won all the aerial threats and stopping the attacks. At the middle of the park, Song as the defence excellently while King Fab dictating the offence. My man of the match is Vermaelan as I like what I've seen in him and his presence brounght the new dimension to the Arsenal defence. Well done gunners and keep it up. I believe that it is still more to come with this team though new signings especially to beef up the defence is welcomed.

Worlds Collide : Pain is Temporary is the album that i've been looking for! for quite sometime..now way can be in youtube. Back then (during HC years) I got the cassete but don't know where the heck it is gone..My favourite numbers from this album are non other than Object of Desire as well as Absolute & Effect of Age..

Comin' from DC, Worlds Collide actually no longer existed and the band members formed featured prominent DC bands such as including Damnation AD, Battery, Better Than A Thousand, YOT, 108 and etc. Still remember back then in the 90's while studying in KL, KLHC band(s) used to cover some of their numbers during the gigs normally held during weekend. As far I can remember, hardly missed the gigs especially when the hardcore bands were featured. Normally in one gig there would be a combination of various types of music, ranging from death,punk,oi,grunge, indie and hardcore. Of course, each has their own followers and fanatics.

now it has been more than decade gone but still i consider this is one of the greatest moment of my life and part of growing process which i simply will not forget...are we just object of desire?

tadika sang kancil & Development Exhibition at Kota Samarahan

Open day at Tadika Sang Kancil last weekend where Dida is studying..it just a get to know the place and the teachers and opportunity to know their the progress of their children and other related matters. Actually received good/positive feedbacks from her teacher. Of course there is room for improvement especially on her calculation which is a little bit weak according to her teacher.

Last nite sempat went to visit pameran pembangunan Bahagian Samarahan. As my wife is the secretariat for the pameran so got to give morale support also hehehe..anyway enjoyed our time over there just dida just not comfortable all (suffering from stomach ache)...Fifi jangan ceritalah!..

Went to KL as a replacement speaker as the boss couldn’t make it. Quite nervous actually as it is an international course involving participants from 40 developing countries..come to think about it, what the heck? it is just developing countries and more a less the same as our country even we are better than them! by distance!..

Well the name of the course is Poverty Alleviation Course and our task is to share Sarawak's experience in alleviating Poverty..anyway managed to handle my nerves and everything went smoothly though we received some tough questions from the participants but be able to handle them. The best thing about this trip is the room that I stayed at the Seri Pacific Hotel..i think the hotel is fully booked and i got lucky as i was upgraded to suite..wow!..first class all the way though breakfast not included as way beyond my entitlement...never mind..

Once the presentation is over..still have another discussion with EPU to attend that afternoon..after that baruk dapat unwind..and hang around with KL ambassador Apes..and had our early dinner dekat Abdullah Hukum apalagi pekena ayam goreng telor and nasi goreng cendawan...and late supper with nasi lemak and milo tabur at Triple 2....

Our Office participated at the exhibition at Padang Merdeka in conjunction with Hari Anti Rasuah.The Exhibition was held on 11-12th July 2009. Boss asked to set up booth for SCORE so we did it. 1 and half days exhibition with less crowds but plenty of free drinks..

Selamat Hari Jadi Ke-6 to Khaleeda my eldest daugther. Very lucky girl, 2 kali sambutan di sekolah & di rumah my sister together with my mum who happened to be celebrating her 63th birthday the same day!. Birthday girl memanglah anxious nak celebrate her birthday..actually awal pagi dah ready..before that luckily my 'emergency leave" approved to do all the preparations for this event. Thanks boss...anyway though simple tapi meriah with all of my family ada here. Bukan senang nak gather 'away' from home. At the Tadika Sang Kancil, khaleeda celebrated with her classmates & teacher(s). I just passed my camera to her teacher and all left to her to take the photos. Anyway really satisfied with all the photos taken though obviously she didn't use the flash, never mind still ok anyway. I'm glad and proud of my daughter Khaleeda. She will be in primary one next year..dah nak jadi anak dara nya...

what can i say...penemuan terhebat this year.. nasi ayam goreng telor..i think one and only stall yg offer this resepi...at first diorang stationed kat Jalan Liku Bangsar. Stay out campus, dekat YPM just nearby and most of the clients either budak2 UIA, staffs TV3 and NST. .. lamak carik this all time favourite resepi..at last mun sik salah 1998 last merasa...just after my convocation...after more than 10 years jumpa balit di Abdullah Hukum dekat jambatan opposite midvalley..by the way nasi goreng cendawan pun sodaap...

Pesta Malam Indonesia 3

happened to be in KL so ambik peluang turun ke Bukit Jalil to watch this concert together with the same crew that went together for PMI 1 plus sahad who joined us this time but apes couldn't make it this time. Although not as many as the last one but the one who came this time bukan calang-calang..Padi, Gigi, SO7 & Dewa19 plus Andra & the Backbones are considered as elite bands with Andra & The Backbones is the newcomer...Padi & Gigi are the one yang paling di look forward. The concert that day started with two local bands as opening acts A.K.U & Jin Bara. I'm no position to say anything about them as I hardly know them..hmm....the first few hours when i'm still at the front row, I hardly can enjoy the concert due to overcrowding and aggresiveness of the indonesian crowds whose i consider as pengacau, contratry to our local crowds yang cool and steady

ok the big bands for the nite..first to perform was Padi and as usual Padi will never disappointed just their performance macam too casual but the medley songs of ."mahadewi, semua tak sama, begitu indah and sesuatu yang indah" is one of the best and they finished their performance with waht else? "Sobat" lah......andra & the backbone being a new band performed like all time pro as if has established for ages. enjoyed their performance..then come the most fun-loving band of the nite, SO7. Actually first time watching them..superb and daring performance and the wonderful selection of catchy songs and even some i didn't get and not exactly follow the album especially the new ones. Being sporting throughout the nite, the crowd really really enjoying themselves...the best moment of the nite, none other than Gigi...Armand maulana was so energetic and simply the best!..vocally superb and all the song i know and memorised the lyrics...so sang along all the way.....last but not least dewa 19....by the time they want to perform we are really really tired and exhausted already..well just layan...not new on their performance actually after all i 've seeing them performed couple of times already...at the end of the concert we are totally panciit... really enjoyed this concert just penat and lelah berdiri and so many ciku here and there..
